I have always seen this on TV on fitness shows but it never got my attention nor I didn’t become curious on its uses and benefits. All I know, it’s an exercise ball until late last month when I read a HS friend’s blog post about her friend looking for a stability ball chair. I mentioned about the 12×18 prints that I ordered from ArtsCow here. All the 6 prints are now framed! Yay! But only those in landscape orientation are now temporarily hanging by our wall. We still need to rearrange the frames.

Anyway, here’s one of the framed photos that I took more than a year ago. The photo was taken at Sta. Ana Wharf, Davao City during a sunrise shoot on September 13, 2008 with some of my basic photography classmates and Fanatic Photographers Society members. It was indeed a great shoot because Mr. Sun showed up!
