We’re sick. Ace has fever and I am not feeling well. But that won’t stop me from working. Oh, I wish I could just rest day in and day out but I need to be up and running. I have deadlines to meet and I’m running out of time. So I need to keep going despite of health issues.

I just hope Ace will be fine before Saturday because we have to attend a friend’s wedding. We have prepared for this day so we MUST be there. The wedding will be our HS class’ reunion of some sort so this must be fun and I am too excited to see friends whom I haven’t seen in ages. Besides, I want to see my friend walk down the aisle and exchange vows with her knight in shining armour. Oh I hope we’ll be feeling okay come Saturday.

Wow, after two years of not attending company Christmas party (since I quit my day job), finally I was able to attend this year. Ace’ department hosted a party yesterday at Sea Urchin Restaurant along Mamay Road. They were allowed to bring their partners so I never said “no” to his invitation. Who wouldn’t love attending party? After two years of being on party haitus, I missed going to one so much!

I thought I would be out of place but I didn’t. I met my college classmate (in Ateneo during my first year) at the party. Glad to know he’s connected with Unifrutti Services, Inc. as a pilot. Macky got a aeronautics as a second course I guess because he finished Psychology! Then Ace’ immediate boss is so accommodating including his department manager. The ladies (Ace’ co-workers wives) are also fun to be with so I did enjoy at the party though Ace was so busy facilitating parlor games and taking photos.
